Manchester United are looking to bring Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema to Old Trafford as it looks like the Spanish giants are looking to loan out the Frenchman next season and the Red Devils could take advantage and buy him at a reduced price.
With Gonzalo Higuain playing some great football Benzema has been unable to find a consistent spot in Real’s line-up in his first season after signing last summer for £30million from Lyon.
Sir Alex Ferguson offered the French club £20million for the 22-year-old France international, but when Real offered more they were able to sign the talented young forward.
With reports suggesting that Benzema could be loaned out in order to get on the field more, United are looking to swoop in and get the starlet, according to The Mirror.
Italian giants AC Milan have already shown interest in the Frenchman, and it could be a battle between United and Milan for Benzema.
